Job Description

Handles employee relations concernsProvides assistance in Recruitment, facilitates testing and screening of applicantsMaintains database of pool applicants and keep files of screened and qualified applicants for future referenceProvides assistance in Timekeeping and Record Management often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentialityProvides assistance in monitoring employees' performance evaluation for periodic appraisal and/or recommendationsPrepares and issues Certifications i.e. Certificate of Employment, etc.Helps organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding and off boardingAdheres to and helps enforce all policies and procedures set forth by the Company Provides support in the implementation of HR policies of the companyProvides office support services to ensure efficiencyAction other tasks or duties due to business exigencies or as deemed necessary by Management to achieve business goalsAble to work well under pressure and on flexible scheduleExhibit professional demeanorAbove average oral communication and writing skillsGood attention to detailGood planning, organizing, multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsExcellent work ethicAbility to provide insight based on analysisAbility to work with confidential informationAbility to work on deadlinesAbility to cope with changeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, goal oriented
