Job Description

Our client is a Swiss startup with an international footprint. They are rapidly growing, and looking for an HR all rounder / BP to bring structure, organization, and support to their teamFrom HR administration to payroll coordination, HRIS and employee support, you will ensure that everything behind the scenes is managed efficiently, allowing employees focus on what they do best. You will work together with CxO to set up the HR function from scratch.Your responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and databasesAssist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experienceWork closely with the external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll processingHandle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave managementEnsure compliance with local employment regulationsBe the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and supportOversee and support on time management and the tool for the employees and support on HR Group reportsSupport the implementation of HR policies and proceduresHelp foster a positive and supportive workplace cultureWhat You bring Technical skills:Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; ideally Swiss HR assistant certificationExperience coordinating payroll with external providers and Swiss employment regulationsAbacus experience would be considered a plusFluency in German (C2/Billingual), French (min B2/C1) and English are a mustHuman attributes:Highly organized – You love structure and keeping things running smoothlyDetail-oriented – Accuracy matters, especially when handling payroll and HR documentationPeople-focused – You enjoy supporting employees and providing HR solutionsProactive & adaptable – You thrive in a workplace that values curiosity, initiative, and fresh perspectivesWhy You should consider this opportunity:This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s growth.
