You’ll undertake various HR functions, implementing and aligning Third Bridge’s people strategy and priorities while supporting the business by delivering HR processes and tools, and be recognized as an employer of choice by driving our key HR principles. Reporting to the Head of People, Asia, we need a visible HR Business Partner supporting business unit leaders who are part of our executive management team and our managers. This role will focus on driving performance management in Japan.Position ResponsibilitiesBuild a deep understanding of the business, create strong relationships with leaders, and deliver business-aligned HR solutions that support business goals and objectives. Leverage business data, metrics and external market insights to inform decisions. Assist in developing a comprehensive talent strategy, supported by succession plans to ensure the current and future caliber of talent needed to support the business is in place. Oversee and execute on the full spectrum of HR business partnering and operations, including performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement initiatives and exit interviews. Implement employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and valuesPartner on the HR strategy to ensure smooth delivery of the full suite of generalist activities alongside our Centre of Excellence to deliver required programsEnsure compliance with employment lawsQualificationsPosition Requirements5-7 years experience in an HR Generalist or business partner roleProven experience in HR with a strong generalist focusStrong knowledge of Japan’s employment laws and regulationsStrong ability to analyze and interpret data and trendsFluency in both English and Japanese is essentialIdeal Qualifications of someone perfect for this role is someone who:Consistently looking for fresh ideas and new approaches to improve retention and attraction required in this current workforce climateThrives working in a fast-paced growth company with a lot of changeCan connect the dots in complex and often ambiguous situations,, deriving insights critical to advancing organisational goals.
