Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner Eastern Europe to join an international company in the medical devices sector. This position will support the EEMEA region, with a particular focus on Central & Eastern Europe, covering operations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Hungary.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and coordinating recruitment processes, as well as managing the onboarding of new employees.Identifying competency gaps and implementing development programs for teams and leaders.Collaborating with management on succession planning and the development of key talent.Supporting performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and the implementation of development plans.Advising managers and employees on career paths and professional growth.Designing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Supporting team management and resolving people-related challenges.Co-creating and implementing consistent HR practices across the region.Maintaining the quality of HR data and providing analysis to support business decisions.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.Demonstrated knowledge and ability in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention, change management, mentoring and coaching.Strong understanding of local labor laws in Eastern Europe.Proven ability to work autonomously, translate strategy into execution, and drive results.Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach.Proficiency in English and Polish is a must.Communication and active listening and ability to understand different perspectives;Willingness to travel up to 20% (including occasional week-long business trips).What We OfferMedical insurance for the employee.Mental health support and access to an Employee Assistance Program.Life insurance coverage for the employee.Performance-based bonus system.Recruitment is conducted by Hays Poland Sp. z o.o., an employment agency registered under number 361.
