Key responsibilities include: Design and execute workforce strategies that address talent gaps and support future capability needs. Collaborate with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated programs that drive measurable business outcomes. Champion talent development and retention, serving as a primary advocate for people-focused initiatives. Foster collaboration within HR and across the enterprise to ensure cohesive service delivery and shared learning. Leverage data and analytics to create adaptable, efficient, and results-driven people strategies. Translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives that strengthen performance and organizational alignment.
