Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.Provide guidance and support on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and career progression.Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for assigned business units.Advise managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational development projects.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.Implement HR programs and policies effectively across the business units.Coach and mentor line managers to enhance leadership capability and team performance.Support workforce planning, compensation reviews, and reward strategies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.8 + years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role.Strong understanding of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices.Experience in performance management, talent management, and organizational development.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
