Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control.Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all movements are updated in the system (ERP/WMS).Coordinate daily with production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and smooth flow of finished goods.Implement FIFO/FEFO and ensure proper material rotation and storage practices.Ensure proper handling of FMCG goods to avoid damages, contamination, or losses.Plan and allocate work schedules, supervise warehouse staff, and ensure productivity targets are met.Oversee loading/offloading activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety standards.Conduct regular cycle counts and lead full inventory audits.Maintain warehouse layout, cleanliness, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports for management.Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE standards, and regulatory requirements.Identify areas for improvement and lead process optimization initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.5+ years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) and inventory management.Strong leadership, supervisory skills, and ability to manage large teams.Understanding of GMP, FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation and material handling.Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of stock.
