Regional HR Business PartnerWhat You Will DoReporting to the HR Manager Ireland, you will be responsible for the Silent Aire Ireland and ADT Dublin.This role is based fully onsite 5-days a week, working from our Silent Aire site in Park West, Dublin.How You Will Do It Responsible for ensuring strategic and tactical people plans are developed in line with the Business Strategy, by utilising HR analytics and translating them into actionable solutions. Coach, advise and provide guidance to develop management capabilities and allow HR digitalisation to be fully maximised through self-service resolution. Provide advice and guidance on the management of disciplinary and grievance cases, whilst aligning with the central ER team. Drive talent management through succession planning (Organisational Talent Reviews), development programmes, onboarding and diversity and inclusion strategies. Advise on organisational changes through structural design, job profiling and workforce planning. Ensure appropriate compensation and benefits practices are implemented to align with the Total Rewards calendar. Ensure alignment of HR practices to the talent acquisition activities, in order to deliver resource for required business growth Assist with global mobility and sponsorships to enable employee movement to grow the business internationally Implement harmonised HR policies in line with ROI JCI, provide advice and interpret such policies as appropriate. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, HR trends and employment legislation and pro-actively use knowledge to provide excellent customer focused, value add, service provision Manage stakeholders in each business ensuring alignment with HR programs and practices Regular liaison with the wider HR team to share ideas, best practice and ensure team is working towards common HR and business goals.What We Look ForFor this role we are looking for a resilient and adaptable HR Business Partner with solid HR business partnering experience, ideally having worked in a unionised, manufacturing, multinational and growth environment.Relevant experience in HR, would expect around a minimum of 5 years in similar roleExcellent technical HR ability and gravitas to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders;Experience of leading and driving D&I, wellness and engagement initiatives;Able to demonstrate competence across compensation & benefits and learning and developmentExperience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation with a solution focused and customer centric mind-set.Proven ability to leading projects and driving change;Strong influencing and interpersonal skillsCollaborative approachProven team player, across HR team and stakeholder teamPrevious experience within a unionised environment would be advantageousExperience working with countries outside of ROI, basic knowledge of immigration practicesAble to project manage activities, develop plans and execute in a timely fashionStrong analytical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Workday.EducationHR degree qualified.Diploma or degree desirable.Personal AttributesHighly motivated, self starterAbility to work under pressureShow high levels of commercial awarenessAble to act with autonomyFlexible, accommodating and positive approachTakes full accountability for own performance and developmentDemonstrates competence in a constantly evolving environmentSees collaboration as essentialWhat We OfferCompetitive base SalaryCompany BonusPensionA range of other employer benefits
