The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its plans, culture and market. Also, responsible for developing and implementing developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with our company’s purpose and values, alongside which supports the business functions to meet organization objectives.What You Will Be Responsible ForHR PartnershipPartner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on talent, performance, and organizational healthSupport organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, role design, and capability buildingEmployee Relations & EngagementPromote a positive and inclusive creative culture that adheres to ethical guidelines, diversity standards, and valuesSupport DEI programs, mental health initiatives, and conflict-resolution in high-intensity work environmentsDrive engagement initiatives, employee feedback processes, and action planningPerformance & Talent ManagementSupport the performance management cycle—goal setting, mid-year reviews, final evaluations, and calibrationIdentify skill gaps and support succession planning and talent development initiativesWork with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs for managers and employeesRecruitment & Workforce PlanningCollaborate with functional managers to fulfil hiring needs aligned with business prioritiesParticipate in interviews, talent assessment, and onboarding as neededSupport strategic workforce planning, including forecasting, capability mapping, and internal mobility. HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure consistency and compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and organizational proceduresHR data accuracy, reporting (e.g., attrition, headcount, engagement metrics), and HRIS updatesWhat we are looking for4 – 7 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced or matrix environmentProven experience handling employee relations, performance management, and HR operationsExperience in partnering with mid-to senior-level leadershipStrong business acumen and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and influence stakeholders at multiple levelsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and reportingAbility to manage confidential information with professionalismAgile, proactive, and solution-oriented approachPowered by JazzHR1uzgYikwfy
