As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be the first point of contact for managers and Store Partners on all People matters. You’ll drive HR initiatives that support organizational objectives across stores and the support office, ensuring compliance, engagement, and a great employee experience.Your responsibilities will include:Support to Stores (approx. 50%):Deliver HR onboarding for Store Partners, ensuring they understand their responsibilities as employers and people leaders.Provide training and guidance on HR-related topics, employment law, and cultural expectations.Support Partners and RRMs in performance management, organizational change, and conflict resolution.Drive engagement initiatives, including GPTW survey follow-up and action planning.Champion Specsavers’ values and culture, focusing on wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.Provide tools and guidance for health & safety compliance and legal obligations.Handle union negotiations together with the Head of P&O.Support to Support Office (approx. 50%):Partner with managers to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance.Ensure best practice in HR processes across the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, compensation, engagement, and offboarding.Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.Drive training programs and development activities, including workshops and leadership forums.Ensure compliance with employment laws and accurate people data management.Lead and participate in local and regional HR projects.Manage company car leasing agreements for employees, ensuring compliance with policies and smooth administration.Your new team We're a highly skilled and collaborative team with an ambition to take Specsavers' employee experience to the next level. As HR BP you´ll be a third of our small HR team, working closely with our other HR Business Partner and our Head of P&O Sweden. We like to get involved, learn from each other, and have fun together even though our roles are quite independent. You´ll also collaborate with many other colleagues at the support office and in the stores.What are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar and at least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent experience as a manager in the retail industry.Good expertise in labour law, negotiation experience and broad experience of manager support and employee matters.Used to independently run projects and different areas of responsibility.Fluency in both Swedish and English.Preferably experience from retail.As a person, we believe that you are:Solution-oriented and service-minded, and good at creating and maintaining good relationships and good collaboration so that together we reach our goals.Communicative, empathetic and a good listener, while knowing what questions to ask to challenge and create constructive dialogues and develop our managers, partners and the organization.Comfortable with creating and presenting, as well as used to adapting your way of communicating based on the target group.Responsible, self-driven and taking initiatives to develop and improve our processes and working methods.Committed, structured, and can see what needs to be prioritized in a fast-paced everyday life.What awaits you upon joining Specsavers At Specsavers, you'll get more than just a job.
