We offer comprehensive and versatile benefits, development opportunities, and the support of competent and friendly colleagues across all markets.About The RoleAs an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Aspia’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system to support HR operations, talent management, local payroll operations, and reporting functions.This role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure that Workday processes align with organizational needs and deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant HR solutions. You will support both strategic initiatives and daily operations, acting as 3rd line support for HR support teams across countries to resolve complex cases requiring deep system or process knowledge.The role combines operational presence with strategic impact in an international environment. You will drive larger HRIS-related projects while also handling ad-hoc issues quickly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation and Talent ManagementConfigure Workday business processes, workflows, security groups, and data fields to meet evolving business requirementsDevelop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with IT to manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll providers, finance systems, resourcing)Coordinate and conduct testing for Workday releases, patches, and new features to ensure system stability and functionalityProvide Tier 3/4 support for system issues, data discrepancies, and process errors; escalate to external vendors and partners as necessaryCreate standard operating procedures and deliver admin user training to promote system adoptionAbout YouYou are solution-oriented, humble, and collaborative, with confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
