This role will lead the development and execution of region-specific HR initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, cultural relevance, and scalable HR practices. The ideal candidate will bring a result-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and deep expertise in European labor laws and talent management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to identify organizational challenges and deliver HR solutions that support business objectives and growth;Provide day-to-day advisory and coaching to leaders and managers across all human resources areas, fostering leadership capability and organizational effectiveness;Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and employee experience across the region;Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, to support a high-performance culture;Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations across all EMEA entities, including contract reviews and labor law alignment;Lead and drive HR projects across EMEA to successful completion and alignment with organizational goals.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of HR experience, including global or European HR Business Partner/Generalist responsiblitiesExperience in Electronics Manufacturing companies is preferred In-depth knowledge and practical application of local employment laws in EMEA countriesFamiliar with Radford or Mercer compensation surveysDemonstrated ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly in a dynamic environmentExcellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen combined with a hands-on mentalityHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlinesExperience with HR systems, including ATS and SuccessFactorsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; HR certification is a plus Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plusWhat We OfferYou will work closely with the AI/Technology leaders and develop business insightsYou will lead or be the key member of many exciting HR programs across EMEAYou have the opportunity to excel in an international and collaborative environmentWe offer a competitive salary package and career development opportunityWe offer a variety of employee benefits, including a company pension scheme, commuting allowance, free breakfast, and access to employee perksEEO StatementSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
