Youll act as a consultant to management, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR practices and policies.What Youll DoStrategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.Partner with leaders on employee engagement and work with stakeholders to create engagement initiativesTalent Management: Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, and facilitate exit interviews, -Performance Management: Support performance management reviews, support managers to set goals have intentional conversations, and advise on development plans.Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidanceCompliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Middle East and Turkey.HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvementTraining and Development: Work with leaders to Identify training needs for employees and coordinate learning and development programs with our global learning teams to enhance employee skills and capabilities.HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.QualificationsWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the Middle East and Turkey.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.Proven experience in talent management and employee relationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, PowerBi and Powerapps a plus.SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Leadership and influencing abilities.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.Ready to Make a Difference?Join us at Stantec and be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
