Job DescriptionThe role of a Human Resources Officer is critical to the organization’s overall operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Tasked with supporting the management team, HR officers manage the day-to-day human resources tasks and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs. The position involves recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, performance management, talent management, and, importantly, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. As an HR Officer, you will serve as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a productive work environment through effective communication. You will also take part in identifying training and development needs and facilitate professional growth opportunities for the workforce. A crucial part of the role is to ensure compliance with legal HR standards and regulations, safeguarding the company’s legal standing.
