Conduct thorough assessments, make accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with other medical specialists in various disciplines to provide comprehensive care for patients. Supervise and guide junior medical staff, ensuring quality and standard of care. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of pediatric intensive care. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' medical histories and progress. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment, and management. Participate in research activities and contribute to the hospital's academic and training programs. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.Requirements Medical degree from a recognized institution, with a specialization in pediatric intensive care. Board certification or equivalent in pediatric intensive care. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputable hospital setting. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Passion for providing high-quality care to patients and their families. Ability to adapt to a multicultural and diverse work environment.
