The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About The JobTake and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, including coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items, ensuring excellent guest service.Maintain complete knowledge of the menu to advise guests and colleagues, while contributing to bar menu development and perfecting signature drink recipes.Ensure all food and beverages are prepared, presented, and served according to standard operating procedures and quality standards.Handle billing and payment transactions accurately, perform daily calibration of equipment such as coffee machines and grinders, and prepare mise-en-place for smooth service.Manage stock rotation and replenishment following FIFO and hygiene standards, and address guest feedback or complaints promptly while reporting issues to the Outlet or Assistant Manager.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:One year of experience in the restaurant sector: within a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting.Fluent in English - additional languages are a plus.Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.About The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
