Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support key Talent Management processes, including onboarding, promotions, performance reviews, development conversations, and learning platforms (UBITS).Key Responsibilities:End-to-end coordination of New Hire Onboarding (sessions, contracts, signatures, Oracle updates, files).Management of internal promotions and accurate updates in Oracle and incidences.Follow-up on mid- and end-period performance evaluations.Support for Career Conversations, Talent Reviews, and 9-Box matrices.Administration of Learning platforms (UBITS) and development plans.Maintenance of TM trackers and NHO files for audits and compliance.Requirements:0 to 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles.University senior student in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.Intermediate–advanced Excel and strong organizational skills.Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).Strong communication skills, and sense of urgency.Academic or practical experience in talent management, onboarding, or training is desirable.Due Date: Friday, November 21, 2025
