Job Description

Manage end-to-end HR administration, ensuringaccuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all documentation, employeerecords, and HRIS updatesLead recruitment andselection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewcoordination, reference checks, and seamless onboarding experiencesFacilitate smoothemployee onboarding, orientation sessions, and offboarding processes whileserving as a trusted first point of contact for routine employee inquiries onpolicies, procedures, and benefits.Drive employeeengagement initiatives, recognition programs, performance management cycles(including probationary and annual appraisals), and feedback mechanismsCoordinate learningand development activities, HR events, training sessions, and internalcommunications that strengthen team capability and moraleCoordinateand provide critical support in disciplinary, investigative, and grievanceprocedures – gathering information, scheduling meetings, documentingproceedings, and ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards withfairness and confidentialityEnsure fullcompliance with local labour laws, company policies, and health, safety, andenvironmental (HSE) standards while supporting audits and continuousimprovement effortsMentor and provideguidance to HR assistants, interns, or support staff, and contribute tostrategic projects such as policy development and HRIS enhancements.Promote and embody theorganization’s core values, cultivating an inclusive environment where everyemployee feels valued and empowered to succeedFollow the HSE Policy and meet the requirementsof the organization’s Management System reporting all accidents,incidents, and near-misses observed.Bachelor’s Degree inHuman Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 3–5years of progressive HR experience, including some supervisory or leadership exposure; orA relevant Diploma withat least 5 years of solid HR experience in lieu of a degreeStrong knowledge oflocal labour legislation and current HR best practicesProficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite; experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is highlyadvantageousExcellentorganizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written andverbal)Provenability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality,integrity, and professional discretion
