Job Description

Charterhouse are supporting a global financial services organization in their search for their new HR Director / Business Partner reporting directly to the Head of HR.This role will be the “right hand person” to the Head of HR and will be in a highly visible and influential position and will need someone who ideally comes from the Banking / Financial Services industries.ResponsibilitiesAlongside the Head of HR, lead the Singapore business to deliver the highest quality HR service, working closely with key stakeholders and making improvements and managing change where needed,Overseeing operational HR including updating and ensuring that all policies and procedures are aligned with local labour laws and legislations and overseeing day to day HR operations.Leading Talent Management and Development. Creating a robust and effective succession plan, including the High Potential program and coaching and mentoring leaders in performance management.Represent HR in wider business planning and advice on organizational capability and consider the HR implications in alignment with business goals.Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including on and off boarding, revising compensation & benefits, talent management, HR operations, Employee relations etc.Lead employee relations and managing grievances through to resolution in alignment with company guidelines with a view to improving engagement and retention.Ensure that the HR function is compliant with all policies and procedures as per Financial Security requirements, the prevention of Financial Crime, Fraud and Money Laundering.AttributesRelevant HR or Business Degree and at least 10 years of HR experience in a relevant industry.Strong business acumen and business partnering exposure with excellent teamwork and ability to build strong internal relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDue to high volumes of applications, only successful candidates will be notifiedEA License no: 16S8066 | Reg no.: R1879088
