Someone who cares deeply about people, culture, and operational excellence — and is ready to elevate how EDEN works, grows, and collaborates.Role SummaryThe HR & GA Supervisor supports and oversees the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and General Affairs. You will ensure HR systems run smoothly, office operations stay efficient, and the team experiences a consistent standard of discipline, care, and culture aligned with our valuesKey Responsibilities:Human ResourcesExecute HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, HR administration, attendance, and employee data.Support end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate pipelines.Maintain and execute HR policies, SOPs, KPI tracking, and Playbook compliance.Monitor attendance, timesheet, and performance review timelines.Handle employee relations: counseling, discipline, documentation, and incident reporting.Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, contracts, and internal regulations.Prepare periodic HR reports (attendance, timesheet, Playbook, employee database).General AffairsOversee daily office operations, facility readiness, cleanliness, and workspace maintenance.Manage procurement: vendor comparison, purchasing forms, delivery, QC, and documentation.Track office inventory, assets, ATK, logistics, and monthly stock opname.Support office billing (listrik, air, IPL, internet) and coordinate payment schedules with Finance.Ensure safety, comfort, and operational efficiency within the office ecosystem.Collaboration & CultureEnsure clear communication across divisions and provide timely updates.Support internal events, townhalls, onboarding, and cross-division coordination.Uphold EDEN’s values in daily execution.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRGA roles (preferably in creative, digital, or fast-paced environments).Solid understanding of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance cycle, HR admin, labor regulations, BPJS, and employee relations.Experience managing GA operations, vendors, procurement flow, and office management.Strong organizational skills and structured execution.Excellent communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving ability.Calm, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under shifting priorities.High integrity and confidentiality in handling employee & company data.
