The Total Rewards Analyst will manage the day-to-day responsibilities related to compensation and benefits administration. Tasks include conducting job evaluations, performing salary benchmarking, and managing compensation structures. The role also requires analyzing data to assess competitive pay and benefits practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in Job Evaluation and Salary BenchmarkingProficiency in Compensation Management and Benefits AdministrationDemonstrated strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-makingStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in the field of workforce analysis or rewards management is an advantage
