BE PART OF THE ADVENTURE! and join us as HR Executive for our Indonesia office!The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.The HR Executive is expected to partner with the management members of the region and Global HR to determine implement best practice and ensure HR processes run smoothly. The role forms a vital link in the organization. As such, you will be expected to collaborate with the teams on joint strategic deliverables, build strong relationships and collectively identify strategic needs, lead all aspects of finance.Capabilities & SkillsDelivery & Operational - Able to provide a strong delivery and operational leadership with an eye for detail. Ability to influence others to drive improved outcomes for the businessStakeholder Management - Able to build and nurture relationships at senior levels both within IYUNO.Communications - Strong and consistent communications skills with the ability to promote and drive influence in IYUNO.Key Performance Indicators and Metrics People StrategyActively contribute to develop the company culture and philosophyManagement and implementation of HR policies and procedures including the Employee HandbookEnsure the organization is compliant with and updated on all appropriate local employment legislationDeliver change management projects at the local level, provide expert advice on regulatory processesRecruitment, Assessment, Selection and Induction.Manage full recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and making offersProvide advice & support to managers on recruitment, assessment and selection processesCoordinate the appointment process for successful applicantsEnsure all employees have a contract of employment on commencement of employmentSupport managers to create & manage a probation plan for each new employeeResponsible for the onboarding process for all new employeesPerformance Management Coordinate the appraisal and performance review processManage sickness, absence, disciplinary and grievance processesIdentify areas that require improvement to support productive, efficient and good quality provision of services to external and internal customersHelp to create and maintain a culture of recognition for achievementAdminister PIP for underperforming employees and advice managers on ongoing managementLearning & DevelopmentManage training requests and ensure appropriate learning and development for teams and individuals, based on identified training needsProvide guidance on development for managers and their teamsReward & Recognition Manage the payroll provider & the payroll processes for assigned territoryProvide input to Global HR on local market trendsCareer & Succession Planning, Retention Work with managers and Global HR to ensure that HR issues are appropriately addressedManage succession planning and retentionGeneralContinuously strive to improve the HR support to the organization, through expert advice and guidance to line managers and Global HRWrite and present information briefings over a wide range of HR related topicsSkills, Knowledge and Experience Proven track records of executing change management e.g. restructuring and organization designEducated to degree level or equivalentSignificant experience in delivering successful HR supportSound knowledge of employment issues e.g. absence management, disciplinary & grievanceExperience in interpreting, advising and implementing policies and proceduresExcellent and sensitive communication skills at all levelsTact and diplomacy with the ability to deal with difficult situationsHigh level of confidentiallyAbility to work on own initiativeExcellent organizational skillsAbility to write and present informationQualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement
