The company provides professionals across all levels with effective, functional communication strategies that drive positive change and success in the workplace.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organising and assisting training sessions, ensuring the smooth running of programs. Key duties include coordinating with trainers and participants, handling logistical arrangements, handling training schedules and maintaining accurate training records. This is a great role for someone who enjoys organising, learning new things, and working in a varied, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing training materials, handouts, certificates, and checklists.Coordinating with trainers about what they need for each session.Helping with room bookings, equipment, and basic logistics.Communicating with clients and participants for simple reminders or updates.Supporting trainers during sessions (e.g., setting up materials, checking attendance).Collecting feedback forms and updating training records.Assisting with multiple programs when needed.QualificationsSuitable for those with 1 year or more of professional experience.Experience in admin, events, or coordination is preferred.Good organisational skills with attention to detail.Comfortable communicating with trainers, participants, and clients.Able to prepare documents and simple schedules.Willingness to multitask and learn new tasks.S1 degree.Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Oral and Written)
