Job Description

Jobs Description :- Independently monitor and manage documentation related to HR from employee data to work agreements- Able to document effectively for follow-up and good procedures and for transparency- Be the first point of contact for all HR related inquiries for Employee and Client Requests- Handling Recruitment and preparing Employment Agreements- Proactive in following up on employment-related requests and data- High accuracy in data entry & document checking- Make sure the HR database is up-to-date and accurate- Good communication and interaction with internal team and employees around the clock to ensure that project requirements are delivered on time- Prepare PPE/work tools- Person in charge of Employee Annual Leave- Responsible for Travel requests from Clients / Employees- Manage BPJS & Health Insurance- Monitor validity, organize and schedule MCU & Training with Employees- Checking and following up on Timesheet & Expense Report completion in a timely manner- Payroll handling- Drafting Supporting Documents for Invoices to clientsRequirement :- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major.- Min. 2 years relevant experience or similar in HR role, candidate from HR - Services / Outsourcing company / Oil and Gas industry is a plus.- Great team player, interpersonal skills, multitasking, detail oriented, leadership skills and ability to work without supervision.- Strong moral and ethical code.- Fluent in English- Very good administrative skills.- Comprehensive literacy on payroll practices and laws (Tax, BPJS, employment related)- with Labor Regulations- Eager to learn, hands-on experience with Payroll Software (HRIS) is a plus.
