About the RoleThe Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with the People team to support the strategic goals and initiatives in EMEA, with a focus on employee relations, workplace culture, and benefits administration. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR operations in the UK and Ireland, including policy implementation, employee communications, fostering a high-performing culture, managing benefits programs, and providing support to the broader People function.Reports toSenior Human Resources ManagerPay ClassificationFull-TimeResponsibilitiesFoster positive employee relations across the organization by maintaining a constructive employer-employee dynamicOwn and manage all communications and documentation required for legal and compliance regulationsConduct onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure proper documentation and adherence to proceduresOversee office schedule and PTO requests, ensuring alignment with the company's PTO policyManage the complete performance management cycle, including probationary reviews and performance improvement plansDevelop, update, and provide guidance on company policies and proceduresConduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trendsPromote organizational alignment and collaboration, driving synergy through consistent messaging and shared processesSupport change management initiatives as the company scales during periods of growthLeverage data to measure impact, identify trends, and implement proactive strategies that support business goalsProvide cross-functional support as needed, including collaboration with IT and Talent Acquisition teamsThis role will be based out of London and will require in-office presence at least three days per week, with flexibility to increase as business needs dictateMinimum QualificationsEDUCATIONBachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related fieldsExperience2 – 3 years of experience in Human ResourcesDemonstrate competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations, employee engagement, and change managementAble to thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environmentOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downwardSkillsCreative, flexible, well organized, resourceful, and detail orientedExcellent judgment in handling confidential, legal, or sensitive informationAbility to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsHealth Reimbursement ProgramGroup Pension Plan with Company MatchCompetitive Bonus StructureHome Office ReimbursementCertification ReimbursementPersonalized Career CoachingGenerous Paid Time OffPaid Office Closure December 25-January 1Summer HoursAbout A-LIGNA-LIGN is the leading provider of high-quality, efficient cybersecurity compliance programs.
