That’s where you come in.As HR Generalist, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations—balancing empathy with execution, compliance with creativity, and systems with heart. From onboarding and benefits to culture and performance, you’ll ensure that every High Scale team member feels seen, supported, and ready to achieve out-of-this-world results.What You’ll Do Drive People Operations at ScaleManage core HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance across multiple states and countries.Build and refine processes that scale seamlessly as we grow from 120 to 200+ employees in 2025.Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure smooth workforce planning. Own Onboarding & Employee ExperienceBuild a best-in-class onboarding process (remote + in-person) that sets new hires up for success from day one.Create programs that maintain strong connection and culture across teams and time zones. Support Compliance & Employee RelationsEnsure compliance with labor laws, benefits administration, and workplace policies.Manage employee relations with empathy and fairness, resolving conflicts proactively and protecting company culture. Build Data-Driven HR SystemsUse metrics and analytics to measure engagement, retention, and performance.Implement HR tech tools that increase transparency and scalability.Create dashboards that turn people data into strategic insights. Partner with LeadershipCollaborate with the executive team to align HR strategy with company growth objectives.Translate big-picture goals into tactical, people-first programs that drive performance and morale.Who You Are Experienced HR Professional3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in fast-growing creative, tech, or agency environments.Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits, and compliance in the U.S. (global experience a plus).
