Job Description

TATA report maintenance and related documentations.Participate in HC planning work flow and position/salary mapping process.Job posting and screening based on business and internal clients’ needs.Interview arrangements.Conduct 1st round interview and generate TA evaluation report.Follow and execute TA process and policy. TDMaintenance of platform and learning process needed procedures.Participate in learning plan generation.Assist on learning activities based on learning policy and understanding of learning needs.Assist on the job mapping and job matrix. Visa Management:Manage work permit requirements based on customer/job situation needs, responsible of delivery and operation of employees' work visas;Communication with internal key stakeholders and visa agencies including email and online meetings to record key information with efficiency and delivery quality; Other HR topics support. Our RequirementsBachelor degree;Open, optimistic, detail oriented character; 3.1-3 years of experience in HR;Strong learning agility;Language Requirement(English fluent in oral and written)
