HR Generalist (with Payroll expertise)

We are currently looking for entrepreneurial people who want to grow and share in the profits of our success.Your responsibilities:Creation, processing and review of HR-relevant documents along the employee life cycle end-to-end for our Polish employeesProcessing of administrative HR-related matters (contract and certification, handling of entries and exits, transfers, sick leave, salary adjustments, maintenance of personnel files, job references etc.) Responding to employee and manager inquiriesPreparation and processing of payroll in cooperation with externa payroll vendorInput and maintenance of employee data in HR-relevant systemsResponsible for local benefit providers incl. relationship management, business as usual maintenance, routine tasks and updatesCreation and development of HR standard reports Support for ad-hoc inquiriesSupport in the onboarding of new employeesClose cooperation with HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholdersSubject Matter Expert for payroll coordination incl. monthly update calls, escalations, process, and SLA oversight in Poland together with the HR Generalist teamYour skills and experience:Work experience in HR and a relevant completed apprenticeship or a university degree in business administration or similar focus in HRExperience in preparation of payroll and labour law Fluent in Polish and English language skills High knowledge and experience in MS-OfficeImplementation strength and efficient executionConceptual strength, solution-oriented hands-on mentality and confidence in appearanceHigh commitment and team orientationWhat we offer:Private health care and travel insuranceLife insuranceCafeteria Platform and sports packageCompany Pension Benefits – Employee Savings PlanAttractive Employee Referral Bonus ProgramAdditional day off for charityHoliday subsidy („wczasy pod gruszą”)Internal German language lessonsPossibility of working from home
