About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, and policy management within a fast-paced working environment.Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR systems. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination. Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and internal communications. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Help monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure timely documentation. Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Requirements Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
