With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per year.The RolePrepare and update training-related documents, reports, and learning material repositories.Track employee participation, completion status, and progress in all development activities.Support the TNA process by gathering data, compiling summaries, and identifying recurring capability gaps.Assist in creating evaluation tools such as feedback forms, assessments, and progress trackers.Monitor post-learning application by collecting follow-up data and preparing effectiveness summaries.Handle administrative tasks related to the Performance Management System, including goal-setting inputs, confirmations, and review cycles.Check accuracy and completeness of PMS forms, ratings, and justifications before system submission.Update and maintain L&D and PMS information in the HRIS and generate periodic reports.Support employee development initiatives such as onboarding learning steps, development plans, and capability-building activities.Maintain proper documentation for audits and ensure all learning and performance records are systematically stored.The PersonDiploma / Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Management, Psychology, Education, or any related field.1 year of experience in learning and development, performance evaluation.Internship or project experience in HR or L&D functions will be considered as experience.Familiarity with HRIS systems, data entry, and preparing basic reports is an advantage.
