HR/IT Business Analyst (Signature Authority domain)

Tasks and Responsibilities : You act as the functional HR/IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all HR/IT Mini-Master and Authority Management TopicsYou align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert within the respective portfolio elementYou will translate the business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance frameworkYou think about the 'big picture" within the Assurance strategy and IT key projects, considering end-to-end processess and identify cross-topic dependenciesYou collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activitiesRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience :Education:BS/BA in related discipline (or equivalent experience)Knowledge and Experience:You hold a bachelor or master degree in a subject related to information technology or business administrationYou have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with SAP HCM Solutions - idealy time-managementYou have a thorough understanding of UI5 based SAP design und understanding of front end technologies and there integration with SAP systemsYou have a thorough understanding of Org.Manegement related processes with focus on Compliance processes and respective IT solutions / integrationsYou are interested in regualatory data management to enable workflowsYou are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projectsYou have a good knowledge of managing IT service providersYou are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industryPreferred Knowledge/Skills :You strive to translate new business and operational challenges into value-adding technology solutionsYou are a well-structured and detail-oriented worker with a strong ability to think analytically and you don't compromise on quality, even under pressure You have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics incl. seeing things through to the endYou have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientation and you are known for your excellent communication skills You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation and communicate reliable across cultures and organizational levelsYour English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written; your command of the German language is a plusBasic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions.
