Build valuable relationships, champion strategic solutions, and grow with us at Accenture!YOUR MISSION:Build strong relationships with project managers, agencies, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective onboarding solutions. Oversee the end-to-end contractor process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws. Manage requisition validation, work order creation or review, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, rate negotiations, and exit processes. Collaborate with Contractor Exchange Helpdesk, Legal, HR, and Tax teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify optimal solutions. Act as the main escalation point for customer and supplier issue resolution. Participate in meetings, trainings, and process documentation, contributing ideas for ongoing improvement. Serve as a strategic business partner and subject matter expert on contractor-related matters. WHO YOU ARE: Secondary education with school-leaving examination or Follow-up/Higher Professional Education (specialization in business or management). 2-3 years of experience in procurement area or in an administrative role.Good knowledge of the contractor market legislation, trends. Advanced English and German language skills (at least B2+). User knowledge of MS Office. Ability to understand client requirements. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
