About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and team development. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic partner to management, ensuring a positive, efficient, and high-performing workplace culture across all departments.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle for all departments (FOH, BOH, entertainment, and management)Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and HR system updatesHandle employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution with professionalism and careSupervise attendance, performance reviews, and leave managementCoordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance teamDevelop and implement training, development, and motivation programs to enhance team performanceSupport management in organizational development, structure optimization, and workforce planningEnsure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal company policiesConduct regular employee satisfaction and retention reviews, proposing improvement initiativesRequirements:Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the hospitality or restaurant industryExcellent knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapportProactive, organized, and people-oriented, with a positive and solution-driven approachPlease note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.
