Business: HR Regions Principal Responsibilities Collaborate with learning teams across GSCs and GTCs to deploy the group agenda, ensure the implementation of Group Enterprise learning agenda on site, and the consistency, deliverables and learner experience meet the Group target and country people development needs Define country learning strategy and priorities aligned with Group priority and business demands, with clear objectives and outcomes that help team to achieve the common goals, and plan and execute the annual learning priority and plan in a simple and agile way. Drive learning solutions to uplift the performance efficiency, leadership excellence, capability upskilling, learning engagement and learning culture though various forums and approach then arrive at solid impact to business. Build the learning partnership with business stakeholders across different geography and business context, through consistent way of engagement and effective communication, Lead learning architecture and learning needs analysis, design and develop the learning solutions with genuine learner experiences and Build the L&TD excellence and enforce the Learning Excellence in the team, organization and market, and be a consultant to collaborate with business to accelerate employee development. Oversee the learning interventions, learning operations and learning FRP in HTC, mitigate the risk and ensure the compliance, continuity and operations excellence. Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications Bachelor and above, over 10 years’ experience in HR, at least 7 years in Learning and Talent Development, outstanding evidence in L&TD solutions across Needs analysis, design, develop and delivery. Well understand the practice in market & industry, have knowledge on technology application in Learning and various learning toolkits. Strong stakeholder management, communication with impact and influencing skills Systematic thinking and strong at problem solving and effective decision making.
