JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading environmental services organization operating in the waste management and industrial services sector, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with operational and business objectivesPartner with plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational developmentOversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for blue-collar, technical, and operational rolesSupport staffing structures aligned with rotating shifts, overtime, and continuous operationsCollaborate with Health & Safety teams to ensure full compliance with safety regulationsSupport the management of workplace accidents, injury cases, and related documentationPromote and reinforce a strong safety-first culture across the organizationOversee payroll processes, including overtime, shift differentials, and industrial allowancesEnsure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policiesManage work permits, visas, and employment documentation for foreign employeesMaintain accurate HR records, reporting systems, and HRIS dataAct as the primary HR contact for plant employees and supervisorsManage grievance procedures and complex employee relations mattersOversee and apply disciplinary procedures in accordance with internal policies and legal requirementsDesign and implement employee relations initiatives to strengthen engagement and alignment with company valuesEnsure consistent, fair, and legally compliant application of policies across all workforce levelsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5-8 years of HR experience, including experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or waste managementStrong understanding of shift-based workforce managementExperience handling workplace accidents, safety-related HR matters, and compliance proceduresProven experience managing payroll complexities (overtime, shifts, allowances)Knowledge of work permits and visa processesStrong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations practicesAbility to operate effectively in a plant-based environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skillsHigh level of integrity and confidentialityBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageA key HR leadership role within a critical industrial operationA stable and performance-driven working environmentOpportunities to contribute strategically to organizational growth
