Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide Talent Acquisition support, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruitment documentation, and hiring logisticsLiaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for various talent programmes such as internship programmes, campus recruitment, career talks, and other talent-related eventsSupport various training schemes, such as Scheme A, YETP, ATTP, CICTS and Training Subsidy SchemeWork closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiativesFacilitate the implementation of talent strategies, initiatives, and projectsManage recruitment channels and logisticsConduct hiring data analysis and consolidate metrics for management reportingHandle projects assigned by the Head of the Department Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalentMinimum five years of experience in full-cycle resourcing and employment branding gained from an agency or corporate setting; exposure to career talks and campus recruitment is highly preferredAn understanding of the power, energy infrastructure, construction, and environmental industries would be advantageousPositive, proactive, and pleasant team player with a strong sense of ownership and a solution-driven mentalityAn effective communicator with good people skillsProficient in the use of social media and job boardsGood written and spoken English, Cantonese, and PutonghuaWe are keen to offer the right talent a competitive package, a caring work environment and continuous development opportunities.
