What You’ll DoEnd-to-End HR Operations: Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exits, including offer letters, experience letters, and documentation. Employee & Candidate Support: Address employee and candidate queries efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience. Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and analyze HR data accurately, generating reports and insights to support decision-making. Payroll & Compliance Coordination: Assist with payroll, background verification, and other compliance-related processes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Employee Experience: Contribute to initiatives that improve engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–5 years in HR operations, people operations, or HR administration. Education: Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business, Psychology, HR analytics or related fields. Skills:Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and general HR data management. Comfortable handling large datasets and generating accurate reports. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Traits:Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Eagerness to learn, implement, and innovate within HR processes.
