HR Payroll Officer

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR professional with hands-on payroll management experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with UAE labor laws, and support other HR operations as needed.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly payroll, final settlements, overtime, deductions, etc.).Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS, and company policies.Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data accurately.Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursements and reconciliations.Handle gratuity, EOSB, leave encashment, and other statutory payments.Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review.Manage employee benefits and coordinate with insurance providers if applicable.Support HR operations including onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation.Handle confidential employee information with discretion and accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4 years of HR Payroll experience in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS system.Proficient in HRMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.Strong communication and organizational skills.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Arabic language is a plus
