From employee experience to engagement, from learning to culture-building, this role makes BJAK not only a high-performing organization but also a great place to work.What You’ll Doi) Culture & EngagementDesign and drive culture initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and accountability.Lead employee engagement programs including townhalls, recognition, and feedback channels.Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring values are embedded in everyday practices.ii) People DevelopmentLead learning and development initiatives that upskill employees and build leadership capability.Partner with leaders to design career growth frameworks, mentorship, and talent development programs.Champion performance management processes that drive accountability and growth.iii) People OperationsOversee and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, confirmation, exit).Manage and evolve policies, benefits, and HR systems to support employee experience and compliance.Monitor HR metrics such as engagement, retention, attrition, and diversity to guide decisions.iv) Employee Relations & Well-beingProvide guidance on employee relations matters with fairness and empathy.Champion well-being initiatives to support mental, physical, and financial health.v) Leadership & InfluencePartner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities.Act as a coach and advisor to managers on leadership, feedback, and team management.You’ll Thrive Here If You…Are passionate about culture-building and employee experience.Enjoy creating people programs from scratch and scaling them with growth.Can balance strategic design with hands-on execution.Value openness, accountability, and speed over corporate bureaucracy.Believe HR should be a business enabler, not an admin function.What You Bring3+ years of progressive HR/People experience.Proven experience in culture-building, employee engagement, and L&D.Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Creative, empathetic, and data-driven mindset.Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.What You’ll GetCompetitive compensation aligned with your contribution.High ownership to shape BJAK’s culture and people experience.Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making.Opportunity to build People & Culture frameworks in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing fintech startups.Fast-paced learning, growth opportunities, and the chance to truly make an impact.About BJAKBJAK is Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform, operating in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, China, and Japan.
