This is a high-impact role supporting their Technology business, the most critical population within the organisation. As a regional HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy in alignment with global business objectives, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple locations.In this role, you will operate with a highly strategic HR mindset, providing guidance and oversight to a diverse client group across locations including Malaysia, Singapore and India. You’ll be responsible for driving key HR initiatives including organisation development and transformation while also championing employee engagement and retention strategies. Your ability to build relationships and influence geographically dispersed stakeholders is critical, along with collaborating with global team members and utilising a commercial perspective to translate business strategy into effective people solutions.We are seeking an experienced Business Partner with excellent communication skills, tangible COE knowledge and experience such as Organisation Design, Organisation Development or Workforce Capability.
