Our team consists of educators, technologists, and creative professionals dedicated to redefining how learning happens.Role OverviewThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled professionals across edtech operations, sales, marketing, and revenue-focused roles. The role requires strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.Additionally, this role involves HR operational responsibilities, including documentation, coordination, and process support.Knowledge of HRMS platforms, ATS tools, and other HR-related systems is essential.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for edtech operations, sales, marketing, and revenue roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand position requirements and refine job descriptions. Source candidates using ATS systems, HRMS databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and referral networks. Conduct initial screening interviews and schedule evaluations with hiring managers. Ensure proper tracking and updating of candidate records within the ATS/HRMS. Support HR operational activities including onboarding, documentation, employee data updates, and coordination tasks. Assist in implementing and maintaining HRMS workflows and processes. Execute recruitment campaigns for niche and high-demand edtech roles. Track essential hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and selection ratio. Maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within edtech, startups, or fast-paced organisations. Strong knowledge of ATS tools, HRMS platforms, job portals, and sourcing technologies. Ability to manage multiple roles at once with strong organisational skills. Excellent communication, relationship management, and networking abilities. Understanding of recruitment processes for sales, marketing, revenue, and operational roles.
