Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for all company departments (blue collar & white collar).Develop job descriptions and post vacancies across platforms.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.Maintain the hiring tracker and ensure smooth onboarding.Build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing).Strong communication and sourcing skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies.Work Condition :Location: El KhankaDays Off: 2 days weeklyBenefits :Social & Medical InsuranceCompany Transportation ProvidedAnnual Profit ShareQuarterly Bonus
