About MAZYOUDMAZYOUD is Algeria’s leading e-commerce platform dedicated to mothers, babies, and children aged 0 to 14.Since its creation, MAZYOUD’s mission has been to make family life easier by offering a wide selection of high-quality products that combine comfort, safety, and unique style.Based in Algeria, the company is experiencing strong growth thanks to its focus on customer satisfaction, digital innovation, and a young, passionate, and committed team.As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is dynamic, organized, and people-oriented, someone capable of supporting both the leadership and the teams in building a modern, efficient, and inspiring HR function.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the CEO & COO, the HR Manager will play a key role in structuring, managing, and developing MAZYOUD’s human resources.You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle (from recruitment to retention) while ensuring a positive, motivating, and performance-driven work environment.Main ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingIdentify hiring needs with department managers and draft job descriptions.Manage the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding).Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding journey for every new hire.Administrative & Legal ManagementMaintain and update employment contracts and employee records.Oversee CNAS declarations and ensure compliance with Algerian labor regulations.Guarantee HR practices are fully aligned with local legal requirements.HR Operations & PerformanceImplement and monitor internal HR policies: attendance, absences, vacations, sanctions, bonuses, etc.Manage schedules, timesheets, and HR dashboards.Contribute to employee performance evaluations and engagement monitoring.Culture & Internal CommunicationPromote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.Contribute to internal events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.Serve as a trusted point of contact between management and employees.ProfileEducation & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR position.Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.Key SkillsStrong knowledge of Algerian labor law and HR administrative processes.Proficient in office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Word).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.Personal QualitiesDiscretion, empathy, and a high sense of confidentiality.Team spirit, reliability, and adaptability.Natural leadership and enthusiasm for dynamic work environments.Why Join MAZYOUD?A fast-growing company in a promising and impactful sector.A key management position at the heart of MAZYOUD’s human and strategic development.A supportive, young, and ambitious company culture.Real opportunities for growth and direct impact on company performance.Job DetailsLocation: Vieux Aïn Nâadja, BirkhademContract type: Full-time, permanent (CDI)Salary: Based on experience and profileBenefits: Dynamic work environment, training opportunities, and direct involvement in strategic HR decisions
