Transsion Holdings is a leading global provider of smart devices and mobile services, primarily serving emerging markets under popular brands like TECNO, Infinix, itel, Oraimo, and Carlcare. As we continue our rapid expansion in North Africa, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to lead our Human Resources operations in Algiers, Algeria. If you are ready to build a strong, dynamic team and drive HR excellence in a fast-paced, multinational tech environment, we want to hear from you!As the HR Supervisor for Transsion Algeria, you will be responsible for overseeing all local human resource functions, ensuring compliance with Algerian labor laws, and implementing global HR strategies tailored to the local market. You will act as a key partner to local management and be vital in supporting our growth and commitment to our employees.Key responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy & ExecutionLead the End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage all stages of local recruitment, from strategic job posting and innovative sourcing to meticulous screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key and recurrent roles across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Support, etc.) using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, agencies).Recruitment Efficiency & Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire) and implement strategies for continuous process improvement and efficiency gains.Employer Branding: Champion the company's employment brand in the local market to attract top-tier talent.Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional and professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.Collaboration & ComplianceStakeholder Partnership: Consult closely with department managers to understand staffing needs, define job profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.Onboarding & Handoff: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from accepted offer to the first day of employment (onboarding and orientation).Compliance: Ensure all local recruitment practices are in full compliance with relevant Algerian Labor Law and company policies.Management & ReportingVendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job board platforms.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment status, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness for local and regional management.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within a multinational company.Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Algerian Labor Law and social security regulations is mandatory.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is highly advantageous, as you will interact with the global team.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.Location: Algiers, AlgeriaJob Type: Full-timeTo Apply: Please submit your updated resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and proficiency in Algerian Labor Law to the e-mail address below:recruitment.tn@transsion.com
