With branches in multiple countries, we focus on providing high-quality treatments and exceptional patient experiences.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Administration Assistant to support our Algeria branch operations.Human Resources :Assist in the recruitment process: job postings and scheduling interviews.Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, contracts, leaves, etc.).Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.Assist in preparing HR reports and staff evaluations.Administrative Duties :Manage office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.Support communication between departments and the main HR headquarters.Handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and logistics when needed.Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive HR and company information.Ensure a smooth daily operation within the branch office.Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (healthcare sector experience is a plus).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in French and English.Benefits :Competitive salary.A supportive and professional work environment.Opportunities for career development within an international organization.
