Job Description

PurposeLancaster/ACME Distribution Center, a division of the Albertsons Companies, is currently searching for a Human Resources Representative to join our team. Albertsons Companies is one of the largest food and drug retailers with 2,300+ stores. The Albertsons Companies family of brands includes some of the most prominent brands in food retailing, with a growing base of loyal shoppers.Successful candidate will support the Distribution Center in all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment & onboarding; associate relations; staffing & retention; associate development & engagement; performance management; compensation; HRIS data integrity; benefits; and leave management.
