What You Will DoManage and ensure the accuracy of payroll operations and employee attendance data across global regions. Support overseas employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. Build and maintain fundamental employment frameworks, including contract templates, probation terms, and local leave policies. Handle registration and operation of social welfare accounts for overseas entities with zero-error execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support payroll approvals, benefits administration, and compliance. Minimum QualificationsAt least a Bachelor’s degree in related HR fieldsAt least 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or shared service center (SSC) functions. Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor contracts, and employment compliance. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Preferred QualificationsExperience in multinational or tech company environments. Familiarity with EOR (Employer of Record) operations and overseas HR regulations. Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Deel, or equivalent). Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams. Passion for technology and innovation in HR operations.
