In this role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Carta’s growth in AMEA by:Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closingAdapting to evolving headcount needs, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesUnderstanding the bigger picture and how each hire supports Carta’s overarching goalsDriving strategic hiring decisions, influencing the hiring process, and implementing best practicesActing as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experienceSourcing top talent proactively by leveraging creative outreach strategiesMaintaining data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and other People systemsThe Team You'll Work WithWe’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our 65-person Singapore office as the primary recruiting resource for the AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa) region.As a member of the broader Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top-tier talent. This position will report into a US-based Talent Acquisition Director.About You5+ years of experience in business recruiting within the AMEA regionFintech or SaaS experience preferredFirst principles thinking approach, you are talented at removing roadblocks and creative problem solvingAble to build trust and establish genuine relationships with both hiring partners and candidates by working to understand intrinsic motivators and end-state goalsStrong communication skills and prioritize coaching and delivering feedback both internally amongst the team and externally to our hiring partners and candidatesYou have a growth mindset - you welcome new challenges because the risks and potential failures are opportunities to learn and developStrong attention to detail and operational excellence - you’re able to prioritize across many stakeholders and candidate pools without dropping the ball You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments, and thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibilityAt Carta, you’re not just an employee.
