HR supervisor

【Job Responsibilities】Recruitment Management:1. Manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. Recruitment will primarily focus on positions such as TikTok Hosts, Operators, KOL Operations Specialists, and Content Operations Specialists.2. Collaborate with department heads to clarify hiring needs and ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process.Personnel Management:1. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, regularization, and transfer procedures.2. Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and expense reimbursements.3. Accurately compute and process employee payroll in a timely manner.Administrative Support:1. Handle daily office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and management.2. Maintain the office environment and ensure proper functioning of office facilities.Event Support: Assist the company in organizing and coordinating activities such as business negotiations and meetings.【Job Qualifications】1. Bachelor's degree or above, any major; fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration; prior experience in Chinese-English translation is preferred.3. Candidates with recruitment experience for TikTok, MCN agencies, live stream hosts, or related roles are preferred. Possessing relevant talent pool resources is a plus.4. Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and teamwork skills.
