About the RoleAtiom is growing, and we need someone to build the internal foundation that keeps pace with that growth. We're scaling from 25 to 35 people, and this role sits at the heart of that journey.As our HR & Operations Manager, you'll own two equally important pillars: people operations and day-to-day operational management. You'll be building processes largely from scratch, which means you'll have real ownership and the chance to shape how we work as a company. This role reports directly to the COO. If you're someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves creating order out of complexity, and wants to have a genuine impact on a fast-growing startup, this is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations and RecruitmentOwn the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.Serve as the main point of contact for all hiring activities across the company.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit before progressing to hiring managers.Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external agencies.Lead structured onboarding for every new hire, ensuring a smooth and positive integration experience.Support hiring managers to keep recruitment processes efficient and aligned with company standards.Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, probation tracking, and offboarding processes.Support expat visa and work permit processes where required.Office and Operational ManagementBuild, document, and maintain internal processes and policies — creating structure where it doesn't yet exist.Keep the office running smoothly: supplies, documentation, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations.Coordinate internal processes across teams when needed.Provide structured administrative support to leadership to enable company growth.Culture and Employee Engagement Plan and execute company culture initiatives, team events, celebrations, and engagement programs.Support leadership in strengthening internal communication and employee experience.Act as a point of contact for employee administrative and HR related questions.Compliance and GovernanceEnsure adherence to Thai labor laws and local HR best practices.Maintain compliance with relevant business licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.Support leadership with documentation for audits or regulatory reviews as needed.Qualifications3 to 6 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Office Management.Strong organizational and process management skills, you create structure, not just follow it.Experience managing end-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding.Familiarity with Thai labor regulations and compliance requirements.Strong communication skills in English.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.A genuine interest in people, culture, and building great teams.Success in This Role Looks LikeRecruitment runs smoothly — every hire is well coordinated from opening to acceptance.New hires feel genuinely supported and integrated from day one.Internal processes are documented, accessible, and actually followed.The office and operations run without bottlenecks.Culture stays strong as the team scales.About AtiomAtiom is a behavioral technology company helping frontline teams across the globe work safer, smarter, and more connected.
